Obituary of Arsenault, John "Ernest"

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family at his residence in Wellington on Saturday, January 9, 2021 of John "Ernest" Arsenault age 71 years. Ernest was the son of the late Agno and Laurina Arsenault of Wellington. He is survived by his wife Diane (Dreger) and by his son Byron (Liz), by daughter Dena (Ricky), grandchildren Nicole, Brandon Arsenault and Christina (Timothy) Cheeseman. Also survived by his brothers and sisters Marcel (Stella), Simone (Gilles), Leo, Elmer (Jackie), Rita and Sam (Eileen). Ernest is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and by his sister Rolande (Simon - deceased) and by great-grandchildren Hayden and Hunter. Resting at the Évangéline Funeral Home in Urbainville where due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family gathering (by invitation) will be held followed by a service in the funeral home chapel.
