Dear Jeanne, family and friends, it is with profound shock and sadness that I hear of Frasers passing. Since I first met him in 1989 I knew we shared a bond not to be broken. From our scuba diving, fishing, wilderness canoe tripping, Harley trips, I will have memories to last a lifetime. Such an amazing friend, one who is rare to find. I could share so many stories of our adventures together, but what stands out the most are his dry sense of humour, his loyalty to Jeanne, family and friends, and such strong morals and values. May God bless and keep you strong Jeanne and family, and I am so very sorry for your loss. And for all of us who knew Fraser; he was a wonderful man, one who touched many lives, and he will be deeply missed.
