We offer our deepest sympathy for your loss.
We first hired Wellington Construction to build our cottage in 1996. We were in the US and she was on PEI. The “the boys” built the cottage but it was Florence who was the heart of the company. That first year, most of our transactions occurred by phone and from the moment we spoke, we knew we were in good hands. We became friends before we even met. She welcomed us, “the Americans”, every summer. Over the years, we laughed together, prayed together, and cooked together. Florence was a person with unshakeable faith and loyalty. Her love knew no bounds. She adored her family and she called whenever she was blessed with one more grandchild and eventually great grandchild. We will always remember her with a warm smile and a twinkle in her eye. When we hold the pocket angel she gave us each one of us, we will always think of her.
She is the angel now who watches over us.
