Obituary of Bernard, Joseph Ronald

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Bernard at the Clinton View Lodge on August 28th at the age of 78. Born in Mont-Carmel on August 17th 1944, he was the son of the late Antonin and Emma Bernard. Left to cherish his memory are his children Robert (Marie) Bernard, Davit (Amanda) Bernard and Marc (Naomi) Bernard and his grand children Dakotah, Jason, Nicholas, Daniel, Aidan, Nolan, Ian, Kristofer and Gabriel. Ronald is survived by his brothers and sisters, Adrian (Claire) Bernard, Sr. Hermine Bernard, Amand (Marie) Bernard, Maria Bernard, Léona Bernard and sisters in law Cecile Bernard and Florence Bernard. He was predeceased by his parents Antonin and Emma Bernard, his brothers Ernest Bernard, Léonce Bernard, his sisters Sr. Marie-Léonce (Rita) Bernard, Frida Gallant and Marguerite Bernard. He was also predeceased by his brothers in law Robert Richard, Joe Arsenault and Isidore Gallant. Resting at the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville, there will be no visiting hours by personal request. There will be a funeral mass at Our Lady of Mont Carmel Church on Friday September 2nd, 2022 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Donations can be made in Ronald's memory to La coopérative Le Chez-Nous or a charity of your choice.
