Obituary of Arsenault, Tilmon Clovis
Surrounded by his loving family, in his 90th year, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Tilmon Clovis Arsenault on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the Wedgewood Manor in Summerside. Tilmon, an honoured Second World War veteran, was the spouse of the previously deceased Anna Arsenault, both of Wellington.
Born Feb. 27, 1922 the son of the late Emile and Angelina Arsenault of Union Corner. Dear father of Lena Arsenault of Wellington, Joyce Brinson and her husband Bruce of Halifax, N.S., Dennis Arsenault and his wife Sheila of Bass River, N.S., Eldon Arsenault and his fiancée Peggy of Truro, N.S., Colleen Chapman and her husband Mike of Milford, N.S., Kelly Richard and her husband Desmond of Wellington. Beloved grandfather, "Pe'pe" of Wendy, Kevin, Jennifer, Candice, Tyler and Nathalie. Great grandfather of Riley, Abby and Luke. Forever in the heart of his sister Marion Smith of Summerside.
Predeceased by his sister Leona Arsenault of Summerside, his son Donald of Wellington and daughter-in-law Hazel of Truro, N.S.
Visitation to take place at the Evangeline Co-Operative Funeral Home on Sunday, March 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 17 of Wellington will conduct a service at 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 20. Funeral mass to take place at the Immaculate Conception Church, Wellington Centre on Monday, March 21 at 10:30 a.m. At the request of the family, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Wedgewood Manor in gratitude for the exemplary, loving care by all the staff who so dearly looked after Tilmon.
