Obituary of Arsenault, Alyre J.L.

The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital in Summerside on Thursday August 16th,2012 of Alyre J.L. Arsenault beloved husband of Louise nee Wedge of St. Philippe age 88 years. He was the last surviving member of 19 children. He was the son of the Late Jack L. and Marianne Arsenault. He leaves to mourn the following children Jean-Pierre (Anne Thibodeau) Gatineau, QC, Edward (Judy) St. Philippe, Stephen (friend Kim Campbell) St. Philippe, Gerard (Darlene) Summerside, Teresa (Rick) Marleau St. Lawrence, Ann (Kevin) Gallant St. Philippe, Chuck (Rhonda) Richmond, Paul(Martha)Cornwall, Paulette (Joe) Ryan Sherwood, Arthur (Loretta) Harrington. Also survived by one sister-in-law Evelyn (Late Cyrus) Arsenault of Wellington, and 26 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was also predeceased by daughter-in-law Yvette He was the founder of the company of A.J.L Contractors Ltd. Resting at the Evangeline Funeral Home in Urbainville until Monday morning August 20th for funeral mass at the St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church in Egmont Bay at 10:30am Interment in the church cemetery. There will be visiting hours at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday evening from 6-9 pm. Memorial donations made to the Evangeline Funeral Building Fund would be appreciated.
