Obituary of Gallant, Rose Mary Edna

Peacefully at Wellington Nursing Home on April 18, 2014 of Mary Edna Rose Gallant at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Marc Gallant. Daughter of the late Anthony and Hermina Gallant. Loving mother of eight children and their spouses. Adored by all fifteen of her grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Survived by sister Louise, brothers Donat and Cedric. Predeceased by parents, brothers Fr.Raymond, Eldon, Dionel, Melvin and sisters Mai, Agatha, Velma, Anita and Eleanor. The remain will be transfer to the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville for visitation on Tuesday April 29, from 6 - 9 p.m. Then to St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay for funeral mass on Wednesday April 30, at 10:30 a.m. As per her wishes, interment will take place in the cemetery with her husband, at a later date. For those who wish memorial donations made in her memory to the Cancer Society Fund, Lung Association or to the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home building fund would be greatly appreciated.
