Obituary of Gallant, Alfred Joseph

The death occurred at his home in Summerside on Sunday, July 26, 2015 of Joseph Alfred Gallant at the age of 52 years. Alfred was born in Summerside on May 11, 1963 son of Marie Anna (nee Arsenault) Gallant and the late Eric Joseph Gallant. He is survived by his two loving children Tasha and Tanner. He will be forever remembered by his brothers and sisters: Roger (Jeanne) Gallant, Gis&egravele (Michael) Arsenault, Normand Gallant, Francine (Eric) Arsenault, Carol (Zoel) Richard, Paulette (Donald) Gallant, Jeannette Gallant (Richard) Barriault , Rachelle (Jamie) Caissie and his former wife Louise Gallant. Alfred is also survived by numerous uncles and aunts. He is predeceased by his father. Resting at the Evangeline Coop Funeral Home, Urbainville until Friday, July 31st then to St. Philippe & St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay where funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, a donation to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday,July 30th, from 7 to 9 p.m. for family and close friends.
